Welcome to the Westside Coalition
Learn More about WC
The Westside Coalition (WC) is an alliance of over 35 organizations, public agencies and faith communities committed to ending hunger and homelessness through service coordination, public education and advocacy.
WC is a non-profit volunteer organization that operates under the administrative umbrella of Community Partners. We were founded in 1982 to serve the Westside of Los Angeles County and are the oldest coalition in the county working on behalf of the homeless. Throughout our history, the WSHC has proven to be an effective tool in providing high-quality programs and services for those in need in our community.
Special thanks to Adam Niva for the donation of his time and talent in the making of this video.

Coordinated Entry System CES
The Coalition is actively involved in the Coordinated Entry System, CES. To date over 1600 homeless individuals have been assessed in SPA 5 (Westside) alone. Since July we have housed over 330 of the most vulnerable homeless individuals living in on the streets in our area. SPA 5 CES works with 18 agencies collaboratively through coordinated assessment, coordinated assistance and coordinated case management. The Coalition is actively engaged in CES as the Director, Darci Niva, is SPA 5's Community Coordinator. We are proud to be participating in CES. More Information
